Here is some advice you may benefit from before starting your iMeditation. It will definitely be better if you listen to the meditations with your headphones or earphones on. It will also be good if you can sit somewhere private where you won’t be disturbed during your meditation. It is also a good idea if you meditate at approximately the same time every day.
